Job Summary:

4 day work week Monday to Thursday.

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join Rocky Mountain Audiology's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring excellent patient care coordination.

Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain electronic health records accurately
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process billing information
- Assist with medical office tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions
